So after months of trying to decide on my own what type of BendPak lift I'm going to purchase, I decided to break down and finally send an email over to BendPak with my questions/concerns. It wasn't, and I kid you not, 10 seconds after I sent my email, that I got a call from Jeff over at BendPak. I think I was in shock when I was talking to him because I definitely was not expecting to hear anything back for awhile. He said he saw my posts on here with my concerns and questions and was just about to respond to me on helping with my choice. Jeff was more than kind enough to answer my beginner questions and sent his words of advice/expertise my way. Hell, he even stayed on the phone with me for 15 minutes to make sure I got he answered all of my questions!
So, he suggested I go with the XPR-10CX (symmetrical, extra wide) model for my vehicle list that I sent him. He even set me up with the company to buy it from and threw in a frame cradle set for FREE!! ($180)
In case you were wondering, the company I'm buying from is Work Shop Depot (www.workshopdepot.com). I even got a call from this company to make sure everything was what I wanted and the way Jeff had explained! Dave Shedlock is his name and his customer service is just great!
He even took the time to find the local installers for me and shopped around to make sure I get the best deal.
Now keep in mind that I won't actually be purchasing the lift for a month, or two, but that didn't bother them. He even gave me options on shipping and storage, in case I wanted to buy sooner than needed for the install later.
After all this, it's nice to know there are companies out there who actually appreciate their customer's business and take the time to answer any questions you might have (without sounding like you're wasting their time). In this case, both of these companies get an A+ in my book!
I'm actually looking forward to doing business with both of them in the near future.
Thanks again,
Kevin
