I looked everywhere for information on here for the firsts generation of their hand tools. Is this one? I found it at a flea market all alone and no one even gave it any consideration but me. I think it is a gem if it was the first to come from that industry. Any info would be great. Thanks.

Mike, I can't help you with the Craftsman history but there seems to be some real knowledge and expertise here on that. The wrench looks very much like a spark plug/cylinder head nut wrench for '38-39 Ford cars and early '39 Ford 9N tractors.

Yea I have a ford wrench and no makers mark. And thanks. I guess Craftsman got into these tools. But when did Craftsman start making tools for auto?
