Radiator tester/filler

I would like to get one of the Radiator test/fill kits. Does the Snap on SVTSRAD272A use the same Stant connectors that the test only kit uses, or does it use something different? I could get something like the Astro Pneumatic 78585, but I'd really prefer to have metal connectors over plastic. Any thoughts one way or the other? Cost isn't a huge issue, but it is something I'll consider.

Looks like the snap on uses the standard adapters. Do you already have adapters? I have a stant tester and a air lift filler. I'm already invested in a bunch of adapters but if I wasnt I would get the astro.

I have the Astro, only complaint I had to order an extra adapter of Fords. Works well for what I have used it for. Can vacuum and pressure test with it. The kit is bulky and awkward to store.

Also have the Astro here, and I also had to order 2 extra adapters for my stuff. I ended up ordering the 3rd one too just to fill the slot...

I think it was a BMW cap or something. Case is pretty big.

The case is huge. It's nice to be able to see the whole set of adapters, and assuming you're not a psychopath, and put stuff back where it belongs, just grab the right one, and it's probably not feasable to make it smaller, but man, I was shocked by the size of the box it came in.
