I believe it's for shaping metal horse shoe'sCame across this. Anyone have any clue? Gave 20 bucks for it. Is t worth anything think it’s 175lb. No real way to weight it

Anvils aid decent quality are going 5-7$ a pound.
From the picture it appears to be in decent shape.
Those are cast steel anvils. They are ok but they don’t bounce like a wrought iron with a forge welded steel face.
I would say around 5 dollars a pound.
You stole it if you bought it for 20$
