The extensions and breaker are nice. The speeder is just OK. The sockets are nothing special and have twice as many points as I generally like. The ratchet seems sturdy enough although I've seen West Virginians with more teeth.
But it is metric and seemed like a good under the truck seat box with room for some screwdrivers and other stuff thrown in.
I had one of those that i got for 50 as well. took me forever to get rid of that thing. put it on ebay for less than any other new one and no more than 10 people looked at it.

I didn't buy it to sell it. At much over $50 I probably wouldn't have made the 15 mile trip....since I don't have any pressing need for it, but again, it's a nice $50 set to keep in the truck. I will at times chase stuff like this for resale but there has to be a bigger, sure and quick profit in it to do that. On this I was guessing a quick resale could be done with a little effort if I decided not to keep it but not much over $100.
They are as low as $175 or so at times thru Amazon related vendors. Grainger of course still thinks they should be "discounted" to $231.50 plus shipping.
