Limited profile access?

Noticed something today where I could not view a member profile.

Is it possible to limit who can view my full profile?

Usually that means the member was banned.

I've seen a banned profile before, this "Oops" message was different and suggested the member had limited who could view their profile.

I am wondering if it's this under the privacy tab " allow users to" has several changeable fields

I the old software, the profile would stay and they would be labeled as banned. Now, it gives the oops message for a banned member.

This was different, the member is not banned.
