Two years only 58-59. In 1960, they switched from AMD to Waterloo and started the grey/red series. That is the larger set, with the optional two drawers underneath. Pretty rare bird.
That cabinet was available 1955 to 1959, but being as the cabinet pictured above has the crowntop logo the range lowers to 58-59 I believe. As Cruzan80 says above as I didn't read all the posts before replying!!! From the 1959 Catalog:

Odd that it says New York. Pretty sure they moved to Allentown in 1907, but that doesn't look that old. I am working on a Mack toolset (we have a thread!), because I grew up near Allentown, and it's just cool, but I know little about the trucks. Perhaps they still claimed NY as corporate address. That model number and a good Mack history site would help (edit: with age)....a Mack truck ID plate.

I am sure someone could dig a little deeper with the chassis number, but I haven't gotten there yet. Oh, and they moved to Allentown in '05.10,661 were built between 1937 and 1950. Original cab-over engine (EQU) was 16,000 pounds with the EQ at 23,000 pounds. By the late forties, design improvements increased GVW to 25,000 pounds on the dump truck, 27,000 pounds on the EQ, and 45,000 pounds on the tractor-trailer combination. The 354-cubic inch gasoline engine was used in the original specifications, and was superseded by the 431- cubic inch Thermodyne engine. The 457-cubic inch and 510-cubic inch diesel engines were optional.
