Not torx, that's a Robertson(square), most likely #2
If not very tight a Phillips may work
If not very tight a Phillips may work

Looks like something a generic security screw set might have one of. Hard to tell exactly from the picture but it's not torx.

It's what's known in the woodworking world as a combination screw. It's really a Robertson #2 with the ability to be driven or removed by a Phillips in a pinch. They actually make special combination bits that combine Robertson and Phillips features for driving these screws. It's more of a Robertson than a Phillips so start with a Robertson #2 as it will fit better.

Its more likely a combination of the Robertson square drive and a Phillips. The Phillips Square Drive is very close to it.

You can use either a #2 Philips OR a #2 Robertson on that screw.
If you want a combination bit look at Quadrex or Recex.

I've never seen a screwdriver with a Quadrex or similar tip.
I would just use a 1/4" bit holding screwdriver with the bit.
I've seen them in #1, #2, and #3 with #2 obviously being the most popular.

That's the proper names for the driver bits. They were lurking in the back of my brain I just couldn't think of them when I wrote my reply. I think both Lee Valley and McFeeley's sell these bits.

Dont overthink it.
Either a square or crosshead driver will work just fine.
Combo head screws have become the norm in a lot of manufacturing.
I have Quadrex bits and in real world use, the advantage is hardly noticeable. They are usually not great quality and wear fast.
Get a high quality □ or + driver set if you dont have one. Either will be far more useful than a dedicated subpar bit.

Without knowing the size of that screw, it could possibly be a #3.

Obviously, ROBERTSON. These can be obtained from McFeeley's. The true Robertson screwdrivers, like their bits, are two piece affairs with a hardened tip inserted into a steel plated shaft. Here is a link:
