I know the attack will be on but over time i will say that Taiwan made bits like the set we are talking about hold up very well. I know Stanley/Mac, Cornwell, Blue Point, Matco, Vim and others sell these Taiwan bits-sockets and I have not broken any. Its seems that this segment they seem to have down. I have mostly American made tools and I would say that the torx sockets Highball got they will hold up as well as my US made ones will.

maybe you need to check out Beta Tools for high qaulity stuff i absolutley love their screwdrivers and full polish wrenches and they are cheaper than snap on

not advertising for them or anything... just saying if the italians can make a damn good car, maybe they can make a good tool too

Seeing COO in every thread gets old.

I don't think it gets old. It's an interesting and very relevant topic concerning tools today.

you traded in US for Taiwan, I wouldn't be pleased either.

Since the topic of the thread, by its very nature, was concerned with COO, you shouldn't be too surprised that a COO discussion ensues.

If I don't care for a discussion, I skip over it.
