Don (d42jeep) is more conversant on all things Powr-Kraft than I am. He'll most likely know who the OEM on those was.
They do look to have pretty skinny rings.

I have a set of old old OLD Indestro dbes (not deep offset) that are like that... way skinny. I guess later on they decided fatter was better (or resulted in fewer "warranty" returns, maybe.)

@four.cycle that’s cool! I’d love to see a photo next time you’ve got them handy. Indestro has come on my radar with a couple different tools for working in tight spaces lately. I’m going to make a post about it in the Indestro thread soon.

I thought I had photos of those DBE's I mentioned but that appears to not be the case. Here's a set of their 15-degree offset box ends (probably made in the 1940s). Not as "skinny" on the rings - not even close. The earlier set is buried in one of five boxes full of Indestro.
