Received mine today...maybe yesterday. Glad I waited to check my tires. Absolutely loved the quick locking action. Just upped me loving my M18 inflator that much more. Wasn't going to upgrade the 'backup' inflator, but I am tempted...

FYI their holiday sale is the same price on Amazon.

Our holiday sales ended on Cyber Monday. We don't do sales more than a couple times a year but you can always find the best price on our website directly. We do sell a lot of our products on Amazon, but the prices there will generally be a few dollars higher since Amazon takes a pretty big piece of each sale.

You beat me to it! YES! Super excited to finally launch this. This is one of those persistent, annoying greasing problems and our brilliant engineers figured out a solution that we are launching TODAY.

Happy anniversary! Very happy with my several years old LnL grease coupler. Haven't even needed the rebuild kit yet.

Will the M18 version work with the M12 grease gun?

Unfortunately, no. The Pressure Return Valve is more than just thraded into the hose hole, it uses the grub screw as well and that is specific to the 3 models we designed for.

Anything in the works for the M12?

Great news! We got really curious and since we had an M12 grease gun hiding in the warehouse we attempted a test. Not only does it fit like a glove, but it works perfectly and exactly as intended. It would appear that the important parts of the M12 and M18 heads are identical (the overall casting has some other differences but the ports that matter are exactly the same.)

In fact, it looks like that "Milwaukee" size is going to work on the Ryobi Grease Gun as well!

Feel free to call in if you have any questions. Our Customer Service manager Aaron is the one who is hands-on with all of these tools and did all the testing. 603-795-2298.

Thanks for the heads up

Is it me, or did the install of the pressure return valve significantly reduce the speed and power of the grease gun? After install, it looked and sounded like it was really struggling...even stalling out the motor.

I love the LnL couplers...but I'm not so sure on that valve...

Might it work with the Ridgid as well. They are all from the same family!

We have not seen anything like that at all, depending on how you pull the trigger, the sound, and the pressure rise speed changes, there also might have been differences in sound quality recording.

Man I had just shy of $100 worth of stuff in my cart from the garage sale, the cart was having issues going to checkout, went to a meeting and 45 minutes later tried the cart again and all but one of my items was sold out. :(

I just received the grease gun I ordered from the Garage Sale. It's definitely used. There was a little grease still in it, and some scratches in the paint. Although the paint may have been scratched in shipping, since the gun was just tossed in a box with no wrapping, and tried to punch its way out.

Hopefully it will work OK, since apparently as a sale item it has no warranty. I bought it to have a dedicated NLGI #2 Moly grease gun for my pickup's driveline, which I grease about twice a year. Unfortunately it's been 10-20 degrees below zero here for a while so I won't be greasing it any time soon.

The funny thing is that someone apparently wrote their opinion on it with a marker. Once I've had a chance to use it, I'm hoping my opinion will be different!

I bought the same grease gun. The coupler and the swivel adapter for the kit cost more than the whole grease gun. I look at it as a win even if I throw the grease away and keep the swivel , the hose and coupler for 35 bucks

oh man  It may not have a warranty but if you are having issues with it, call in and talk to Aaron and he can most likely sort you out with any problems. We try not to put anything in the Garage Sale that is broken or not functioning so I'll bet it will be just fine, but please do reach out with any questions. We really do strive to provide the best products and the best customer service possible.

Speaking of which, some of you will receive this email in the morning. It is going out to everyone who bought our new Pressure Return Valve (PRV).

LockNLube will be sending you a new PRV to replace the one you purchased. You should expect to receive the new unit around March 1st.

We've discovered an issue with one of the jigs that was used in manufacturing the PRVs that created an issue where a small percentage of the initial units were drilled incorrectly. This causes grease to be pushed back into the barrel, bypassing the hose completely. There's no danger in using these units, but you'll notice that grease stops coming out of the hose and is returned to the barrel.

Because this issue may appear over time with use, we've made the decision to replace all PRVs at no cost to you. Regardless of whether your PRV is working well or not, you should expect to receive a new one around March 1st. You can keep the unit you have, we don't need the originals returned to us.

Thanks again for your continued support of LockNLube. We're a small company that takes product quality very seriously. We look forward to continuing to provide you with new and innovative tools to make machine maintenance easier and less frustrating.

Jay Boren
President, LockNLube

As I said above, we strive to provide the best products and the best customer service possible so when we find an issue, we make it right. We've taken back a very small percentage of these PRVs that had the machining issue, but we will be sending every single person who bought one, a replacement from the next shipment. Our machinists are the best in the world and even a small number of less-than-perfect tools is too many.

I hope you all have a great day, please feel free to reach out with any questions, thanks.

Thank you, I appreciate the offer. On re-reading my post it has a negative tone; that wasn't what I intended. I just was trying to let people know that 1) these were definitely used items; and 2) that technically they had no warranty. The grease gun sure looks like a quality unit and I'm pretty sure it will be just fine.

It's still bitterly cold here (-40F in the valleys, -50F forecast for tonight). I'd love to be greasing my truck's driveline but I think I'll wait! Besides, I'm too busy loading the woodstove constantly, and dealing with dead car batteries. :)
