Just thought I would update how the dewalt tough system is actually holding up under jobsite and harsh road conditions. I built this racking system for my van back in 2020, I have added more boxes to get better organized and make it easier to carry what I need. The foldable brackets have held up great to daily city driving and makes it easy to remove and have an empty van in under 10mins. I'm not comparing if this is better than milwaukee pack out but it is a modular system with quick mounting.

Overall the boxes are holding up good, the drawers close and seal well, the hand truck gets used alot, it comes in handy to always have it to move anything. I just picked up the tool bag that locks into the boxes, looks to be well made with slot of pockets and Waterproof bottom. All in all this is one of the best mobile systems that comes as a complete system. Other than the custom racks for my van everything else is stock. Next I will be seeing up a smaller system in a transit connect and see what I can fit in.

I've got 5x of the dual drawer ToughSystem units in my work van, they're great for meters, jumpers, small tools, etc. Bolts/screws are in smaller parts bins in a rack I welded together years ago, and hand tools and drill/driver are in Veto shoulder bags I can grab and go. The ToughSystem is good, can't say I've had any issues with mine....I'll see if I can get some photos uploaded later.

I also used the TStak drawers in the front between the seats for little storage.

Nice setup! I didn't know what the tough system was before I opened this thread. You hear a lot about the Milwaukee pack out systems.

I really went dewalt as I liked the built in individual racking system. Being able to remove one box without unstacking them is great and saves time. I am very happy how the foldable brackets have held up. I bought extra expecting a few to fall but none have.
