Very nice find! "DRP" is the German marking for patented, essentially. The logo is a stylized "S.W.F.", for Spezial Werkzeugefabrik Feuerbach. It's the ratchet for a wonderful set they were exporting to the UK and US in the 1920's. One of my all-time favorites. You noticed the ratchet hinges in three different positions. The sockets are male drive tang. Really beautiful tools. I have three sets, in wooden boxes, and some partials. Thread of discovery, research, and many examples here.It has an odd diamond shaped logo etched in it as well as Made in Germany and DRP stamped in the neck.
Proper decorum is going down at flea markets, too. Seems like every other week I am giving someone a dirty look or actually having to tell someone to get their mitts out of a box my hands are obviously already inside. They stand next to you, breathing all over you while you are looking at stuff. They tear things apart and leave a mess. They way they act is despicable and it's mostly older people too. I truly can't stand these people.

I'd expect the owner to be the company. Maybe they assembled the content for many different end users?
