30x40x12 Post Frame - Truss Question

Hello! Took delivery of my material this past week. Build to start here in a couple days. 30x40x12. Anyone know what these trusses are called? Located in SE Kansas. Thank you!

I just haven't seen the second horizontal framing running across the truss. Wondering what it would be for. I live in a relatively high wind area so maybe that's it.

Not super common, but I’ve seen this design before. Something the truss engineer felt was needed for wind/snow/live loads.
