Hey everyone, I'm finally getting around to expanding my plasma table from 2x2 on a tall roller cart to a 4x4 unit that is stationary. On the old roller cart the mouse and keyboard tray slid out from underneath the table, which was really convenient. I'd like to do something similar, but the stationary table is much shorter, so mounting the tray underneath would put it at an uncomfortably low height.

I'm looking for something that will hinge the tray forward and up. Something that's a cross between an under-cabinet mixer shelf (hangs too low):

and a swing up cabinet hinge (I need more forward throw to clear the depth of the tray):

Can anyone point me in the right direction? I've been trying to mess with designing something on fusion360 for a bit, but my brain just isn't working. I need the forward throw to be about 8-10" (the depth of the tray) and would like the rise to be 4-6"
