Best approach to insulating connex floor?

I plan to put 2" foam on the walls and roof, then tin over, along with a pitched roof. Sort of using the box as the frame for a shed.
The connex has fiberglass walls which are somewhat insulated, but none of the 6 corners are. Just steel direct path to outside.

thought.for the floor is 2" foam, then plywood over top.

It needs to hold about 5000lbs in 2 300 gallon totes though.

Has to stay warm as the boiler will be in there. Will run glycol in it, but still. At least 40-50* when it might be -20* outside.

What density foam?

Probably need 2 layers, and keep the box off the ground.

2500lbs in an IBC is only about 1.5psi, plywood over foam should handle that.

The standard pink board, in 2", is rated to 25psi. A 3/4 plywood top only increases that, and provides protection from point loads, imho you'll be fine.

Thought about skirting it, but will be easier to just do the floor of the 8x10 section I'll be heating.

Even white beadboard foam insulation is strong enough to support the weight you're talking about if it has a layer of plywood etc over it to distribute the weight. We did a porch floor over a concrete slab with recycled white beadboard foam with 2 layers of 3/4 inch tongue and groove waferboard over it. We did 2 lavers overlapped because a finish floor went over it. Insulate the floor as well as you insulate the walls, in my opinion.
