I stoppped by the local Tuscaloosa, AL Hudson's Dirt Cheap today to see what they had. For those of you not in Alabama or Mississippi it's place sort of like Big Lots but cooler. You never know what's there. I couldn't believe it today when I walked in and saw the isle of black and yellow Stanley tools - 50% off. Upon digging, I found USA Proto, Blackhawk and Mac wrenches in there. A few were seconds (no hex stamped in the round end, etc), but most were perfect. Most of the Stanley were China, but there were some USA mixed in.
Here is what a portion of the store isle looked like:
Wrenches! Tiny to 1 1/4". SAE and metric. A mix of brands, but mostly Proto or USA Blackhawk. I found some in an industrial finish too. Sorry for the blur.
Here is what I brought home for $100. Keep in mind I paid half of what the sticker price was:
USA screwdrivers...about $6 worth here:
Deep sockets:
Super happy with the pliers I got. Most cost me @ $5 or $6 each.
There was also a lot of Bostich there too. Tons actually. The 3lb hammer was $22 so I paid $11:
The wrenches I picked up. That Mac "Knuckle Saver" is a damn quality item!
One of the coolest finds...Proto locking pliers (made in Spain)! Yeah, for $4!
I didn't take separate photos, but the Stanley punch/chisel set is cool too.
So, if you live near AL or MS you might want to check your local Hudson's as I expect they all got some of this stuff. There is a locator on their website:

If you visit the Tuscaloosa store, I got all the USA screwdrivers. But there are all those wrenches left, and a lot of Stanley China screwdrivers, wrenches, wrench sets, sockets, levels, measures and pliers. Also a lot of Bostich chisels, nails, brads, etc.
