This BOGO is now closed, thanks to everyone for taking part and thanks as always to GJ!

Item in question: https://amzn.to/3Sdhp9v

Edit: FYI your packaging one these 1st early ones may say "8PC" when it's in fact 10PC as a typo, apologies. We're fixing on our side here as few have left so far

Thanks Astro!

Any use cases where these extra deep sockets are a must have?

V band clamps used on all of the turbo/exhaust systems on the diesel pickups I work on. Some of them have the nut threaded so far onto the stud a regular deep socket wont reach and it is hard to get a box end wrench on them.

My exact application, especially Cummins aftertreatment on class 5-8s. Big 13mm band clamps that have 4-5" of thread exposed.

Hey @Astro_Pneumatic_Tools I appreciate the BOGO, I'm going to take a pass, I am at risk of becoming a stage 5 tool hoarder and dont need these at the moment, but I'm glad they exist and if I wind up needing them, I can always overnight them from Amazon.

I think others would be interested in hearing your comment to me in the other thread yesterday which is that you can make a 18mm and 19mm but it won't have markings on them.

Can you talk more about that? How can people here buy the 18 and 19 from you if they need/want them for the complete set?

This is not a standing offer, no. We'd need to custom make 18mm and 19mm sizes for everyone. I was talking about 1-2 spare pieces I had factory side.

Who knows?
Just sent you the pm Chris.

Like most of the Astro BOGO’s I’ve been a part of in the past, I order the tools and find a use for them later. 😁 It always seems to work out.

While I'd luv to have that nano ratchet, I had already placed my order a couple weeks ago for these Astro extra deeps while the listing still said it didn't know when they would be back in stock. I don't suppose that since I'm still waiting on them that maybe I'd still qualify for the BOGO? I don't guess it would, but figured I'd ask anyway.

Sent pm last night. Thanks for always doing something good like this for this community. I was also wondering why it didnt come with 18/19. 18 is very popular I feel and would get used often I would think.

Got my GO (ratchet) today. Thanks Chris.

Anyone else have a hard time getting the Nano sockets in and out of the ratchet? Maybe there's a break in period?

Is the retaining ring too small? Can you stretch it out and pop it back in?
