Check this out. Anyone have a clue as to how old this is?

Lugz had a cut off handle from a Williams flex handle with that Federal Stock Number. At one point I had a Williams flex handle with a similar number but I can’t find a picture of it right now. These are Lugz’ photos. IMG_3678.jpegIMG_3679.jpeg

Indeed, and still has! :)

@kota20nw , Can Lugz/Wingnutt (i.e., I) interest you in a Williams 41-W-1503 drift pin, attitude adjustment stick, or interesting conversation piece in exchange for that similar tool you have with the funny hinged thing on the end of it? :)

Very cool, thanks for the info. Now I just wish I know where my grandpa got it from.

Lol, tempting!! I’ll have to think about it.
I was just kidding. Keep it, especially if it was your grandpa's! (Assuming by your wondering where he got it that neither he or his father was a WWII veteran - the most likely explanation, my hunch would be almost anywhere tools were picked up, i.e., flea market, friend, etc. Tons of wartime tools went missing or went surplus.)

He was an avid flea market/swap meet attendee. No doubt about that. Although, I’m not certain about his father’s involvement in WWll. I will see if I can learn anything more.
