Waterproof Work/Drop Light?

Anyone know of waterproof AC work or drop light?
I am looking for something that can be left outdoors and on the ground on occasion. (Critter control)

Edit: Sorry ...reread your query and the below lights are NOT AC, they are rechargable.
I have these and they are great...very bright. I use them for just about everything.

Thanks but I don't see anything about waterproof and the notes state three AA batteries. I am guessing it might run through the batteries pretty quickly.

I have had many issues with Walmart order deliveries (always Fedex), never showing up and they claim that they were delivered. Walmart promptly refunds but that doesn't solve the issue of not having the product.
