Looks like some variant of a pin/socket connector.

What's it out of?

Any markings? I see something but cNt tell if it is just a scuff...

It looks like a variation of a Packard connector, often found on firewall or bulkhead automotive connections. I'm familiar with a type 58 and 59 which were a staple on 70s and 80's GM cars and trucks but not 100% sure what that may be.

Kind of reminds me of a fuse block terminal...
