Identifying Old Delta 1/3 HP Motor Capacitor

Hello all,
I an trying to guess the capacitance of a capacitor for an old motor I picked up used. I got it from someone who got it from his father who got it from someone and never got around to touching it.....so no available history.

It's a Delta Milwaukee dual-shaft ball bearing 1/3 HP with cloth-wrapped wiring and a cast-iron housing. Also, strangely for low HP, can be wired for 230V instead of 115V. Windings are perfect, but bearings are nearly frozen. I don't have time in the near future to pull it apart and repack bearings, but I wanted to be prepared to replace the capacitor if needed by the time I get around to it. However, the label has partially rubbed off and of course the capacitance is what was lost. Voltage is partially rubbed off but looks like 110 volts.

Would anyone happen to have seen a similar motor or capacitor in the past to tell me capacitance/voltage? I did some Googling of the capacitor model number and get results for 300-400 volts, which makes no sense given what I can see of the voltage label.

300 volts makes perfect sense since you want the value to exceed the highest supply voltage which is 230 VAC. As far as capacitance, if you don't get an answer here go over to the electric forum at OWWM.org and those guys can probably give you an answer.
