The first time I clicked, it opened in a new tab. The second it opened in the app.
Both are surprising as I use ad guard dns and affiliate links almost never work
Huh, still opening a tab for me.
Now that you mentioned it, the affiliate links have always been hit or miss if they actually go to the product, but lately it's been working.

I have Ad Block Pro on my iPhone.
It blocks the link. Usually links here on GJ work fine.

I just clicked it several times and it went to a tab, then refreshed the page and tried, it went to the app the first time but after that went to a tab.
I dunno.
Damnit, same here now.
I hate the the app, I'd much rather have 36 tabs open to go back to later

Yep, getting a new tab, both direct and right clicking. BTW, I can't get one shipped here. Which doesn't make much sense as I'm here in the EU, it's an EU product.... I'll blame Damnazon (dot) com. IDK if it will come up on Scamazon dot IT or EU or DE or etc...
OOpdate - I changed the dot com to dot it, and can buy it no problem, all I need is an extra 13 grand or so.

Link works on a desktop, if I X out of it and it brings me back here if I click the home button it takes me to MSN, X out of that and the GJ still functions no fumbling around trying to get back.

I don't know if I can delete it w/o causing issues with how integrated everything is.
Unrelated, but Facebook has started requiring the app to open marketplace listings in mobile. Same issue, can't have tabs open and somehow the app needs more bandwidth (poor cell reception indoors).

Amazon app? Sure, just delete it. It's not required for anything
I bothered to look, and there is a setting to disable links. All good now!
