Any one know of a bending die for steel flat bar stock that I could use in a bench vice. Pretty much just a V block set up.

Nothing yet!

I haven't found anything I like. Probably should say I really haven't found anything! The Grizzly one says good only to 14 gauge, I want something good for at least 1/8", maybe 3/16".
eh, if you're talking about using the vise jaws to press the two dies together, I suspect 3/16" will probably be too thick. how wide of material are you wanting to bend?

Typically just 1" or 1-1/2 wide.

No room for a press. I keep breaking vises already beading it in the vise with a hammer!
for that narrow of material, you could go for a small "universal bender", depending on how strongly mounted your vise is, you could clamp the bender in the vise, and pull the handle on the bender. Or if you just need to do a few of these, hammer them over on the vise :p

Not sure it would do 1.5" wide material, but something like this would work for 1" for sure, just clamp it in the vise :). I don't have this exact model, but I have something similar, it works quite well.

How thick of material are you talking, are you just trying to make a 90?
Have you tried heating it up?
As my dear departed ,retired blacksmith of a dad would say: cold iron blacksmiths go to hell. Hahaha
