For $99 including battery and charger, I am tempted to buy one and leave it in the truck for roadside tire changes. Performance appears to be extremely comparable to the Gen2 Milwaukee High Torque.

Thank you. I guess I should read those emails. I have the Gen1 Fuel high torque. Would like to update it.

It was there a couple of times. The deals of the week were up for two separate full weeks between bf and Christmas. It was also in the deal of the day if I remember correctly the same day the new m12 stubby high torque was on sale for 179 with 6? Ah battery.

There were a bunch of decent prices. The 1/2 mid tq with 3/8 compact and 2 6ah ho batteries was only 350.

Bought one of these gen2 HT high torque uggadugga’s 6months ago from wally for tire work at home. Use it frequently. Works very well with the 4ah battery. Busts rusty lug nuts effectively. These Gen2HT are flying off the walmart shelves. The gen2HT mid torque drivers also work well. Wish they offered an 8ah battery. 😀

I bought the extended 3/8 ratchet. It's held up fine to field use. Obviously not as fast as the M12 version but for the price I'm fine with it.

The Milwaukee is made by TTI mainly China, more Vietnam lately.
The Hyper Tough, or at least this latest stuff, is made by Chervon who makes Kobalt, Skil and FLEX as well a a few European names
To add to that Hart is TTI's Walmart brand

I bought the same impact as a back up to my DeWalt DCF899. Saw the very same Torque Test channel video.

Purchased battery adapter which allows me to use DeWalt batteries with Hyper Tough. Earlier today I grabbed two 8AH batteries with charger for $149 (Lowes has a deal).

All in Hyper Tough and batteries cost me less than what I paid for my DCF899 close to 7 years ago. Competition is a good thing for us consumers.
