Commissioning the radiant heat system with LAARS FTCW.

OK as far as I know the radiant heating system is all up and ready to fire up. Propane lines are leak tested, antifreeze is filled but may still have a bit of air in it. My only real problem is that I have no understanding on the settings required for this. The only setting I changed from the defaults is 5:St was changed to off. I turned that off because I called customer service and that is what they told me I needed to do along with leaving the valves open on the DFW ports, in order to run the unit without DHW.

So basically both zone thermostats are turned off and ready to hit the switch. But I just want to make sure I'm sake to fire it up and is there anything else I need to change in the setup.

Did a heating or radiant company install that pretty and neatly done system?
I'd think that they'd fire it up and familiarize you with it's operation. It can take some time to get all of the air out of the system and circ pumps don't pump air.

Some air vents at the high points would help a lot.

The panels were built by my cousin an HVAC contractor. But hes far away and in the middle of heating season so he cant get up here until spring.

Being your cuz, I'd imagine he'd talk you through a startup on the phone. There's probably no way to harm the system and boiler looks to be computer operated and should have built in safeguards like low/no water. The only thing I think of that might damage something, but idk anything about the modern instant condensing boiler.

Yeah, but loss of on employee, new grand daughter and time of year, all I get is radio silence.

If you can run the pumps by them self your micro bubbler will take out some air.
