No problems with BendPak, but decided to fab my own caster kit to move my HD9-XW around. I used 1X2 tubing instead of the flat bar they use, some phenolic wheeled Colson casters rated at 700 lbs each and a little 3/16 plate.
They work fine and ended up costing about $200.

Great job on the caster set up. Do you have the dimensions of the units? I also would like to build a set of four but need to know the dimensions. I have a Bendpak lift on order and would like to have the casters for it when it arrives.
Thank You!

Don't know if you look at your post very often but I was wondering how long these brackets are? I'm getting ready to build a set for my 12K BendPak because they don't make any for that size. Thanks

You are being a troll.

Have a nice evening.
Not a troll.

Are you having issues? You quoted me:

OP hasn't been around since Jul 16, 2017............

Not to mention I'm really not sure what those 2 posts you quote are looking to accomplish. Is there a question or something else?

Perhaps persons that awaken dead threads should look at the history of the poster being questioned before they post?

If this is somehow directed at me, you've lost me

If it were directed at you, then I would have quoted you.....

I am out of the country until next week but can measure then if no one responds first. I bought them thinking I might reposition the lift but my original location has been perfect. The only thing I wish I had done in hindsight is stuck with the HD7. I changed my order to the HD9 but have not needed the extra length or capacity though with the longer length I don’t have to position the wheels as precisely.
