I have a few outdoor areas with small divots that I want to fill using a concrete repair product. I prefer to use a high-quality product (epoxy or similar).
Initially, I bought a two-part epoxy product from Rust-Oleum, which you can find here:
www.rustoleum.com
However, the product label states that "exterior applications must be coated with a solid color exterior coating." Is this warning only for people who plan to coat their concrete afterward, or is there a downside to using this product outdoors for general repairs?
I'm open to any suggestions for better products, as I want to avoid purchasing an excessive amount for just a couple of areas.

Rust-Oleum Concrete Patch & Repair
Easily repair concrete cracks and holes with Rust-Oleum® EPOXYSHIELD® Concrete Patch & Repair. This two-part, industrial-strength epoxy permanently bonds concrete, won’t shrink or crack and creates an extremely hard surface that is stronger than concrete.
