Scissor lift motor issue

Have had this 7k little scissor lift about 12 years, I forget the brand but it's from Greg smith equipment. Replaced the hydraulic motor in 2017. Motor was replaced due to it being damaged when moving in 2017.

This morning there is a lot of bubbles and it will not lift

Added to that, there's a little Toyota on it, wheels are off so it's as low as it can go.

Is there anything on the motor end I can check for problems?

Not to insult you at all, but the first thing I'd check would be the hyd oil level and go from there.😉
Even if you have to jack up the car the old fashioned way to get to the tank. I'm clearly not familiar with your lift.

If you have a car on it and the lift is all the way down it may not be able to overcome the forces needed to lift. Try jacking the car up on one end and then see if it will lift. I found this out by trial and error, more error but I found it.

It's definitely full. This motor has the tank right with the motor. That's how I'm able to see all of the bubbles and foam, which aren't usually present.

Found some info on checking the o rings on suction so going to start there as someone here suggested.

Going to see if I can put car on dollies and move it sideways off the lift, but the car in the next bay is waiting on parts and has the transmission out.

So if it isn't anything with the motor itself will have to finish one car to move it.

Always a domino effect haha
