Just picked this up for $2.50 just because. I think it's a specialized planer, but I'm not sure. It's stamped djp, but I am pretty sure it's a previous owners initials.

More specifically, a Wedge Arm, [vs a screw arm] for the adjustment type. The Wedge is more robust, but can be a bit fiddly to adjust.
