I'm trying to find a way to get one of eclatorq 3/4 digital angle torque wrench. Reached out with no response. Any clues if they rebranded for the NA market like icons 3/8 and 1/2 torque wrenches if not how i can get my hands on one.

I can get them but I don't sell tools anymore. My best advice is to try the Stanley Black and Decker brands like MAC, Proto, USAG and Facom as Eclatorq makes most, if not all, of their digital torque wrenches.

Do you have access/knowledge about the pricing?. Because I'm seeing a huge price difference from Mac, Proto and Facom. Mac is the same price as Snap-ons, I've seen retailers selling Proto and Facom anywhere from 2500-4000 cad.
