More sanding.

I did the leg assemblies yesterday. Chairs are next.
Sanding down in to the spaces between boards, I used the oscillating tool with some old adhesive backed 80 grit stuck to a scraper blade. Worked pretty well. But I’m almost out of the roll. I can mail order more, but nobody around here stocks adhesive backed paper.
Bought a cheap mini hand sander from Lowes. Liberated the Velcro from the body, and spray glued it to the scraper blade. The 15 strips of 80 grit included should get me at least part way through the chairs, and hook and loop paper is easy to get more of.

Disassembled my belt sander. It works ok, but the tracking is all screwed up. I think it may just be worn out.

There’s not much on the chairs that this will reach, so I’ll probably just use it as is and deal with the tracking. But I think it’s getting replaced.
