I can’t seem to catch a long enough stretch in between rain here in Ohio and I’ve just sheathed the walls. I don’t want the OSB to keep getting rained on. Will the house wrap breathe enough and not lock in moisture or create mold if I install it after or during rain? It’s a large house and I’m doing it alone so I don’t have the luxury of getting it done too fast..

I know during new construction, they install it pretty much if they aren't in hurricane winds or deluge.
Timing wise, for new construction, there is at least 4-5 weeks from installation to covering with siding or installation of interior insulation, so plenty of time for the structure to dry out in my opinion.

Tapeing is essential these days weather it's windows, house wrap or anything else. This would be a problem with rain and wet surfaces and I'm not sure if even a primer would work or help here.
Without proper (tape) application, that needs to last.... forever, any wrap is just another thing for wind and water to go around.

Some of the installs that the crews have done in the rain, they come back later and tape off. Basically, they break up the installation.
