When I find a incredible product I stick with it, so far I got almost 600 Akrobins 's of most sizes

This is a update project, goes on my list and videos de groom, outdoor deck

84freaking boxes 7 x 2 on two sides the foot print is exact as the table

I'm kind of broke this days so I use old bed frames for the l angels extremely rigid the work great but yiu need to cut them with abrasive wheels, looks like are heat treaters

I have a meter long lliij more pictures but also links to the gallery if is still okay

Have (12) 60" Vidmar cabinets filled with Akro and Schaller bins; my preference is the Akro bins.
They never fail on my, funny actuslly pretty sad actual my festool tool boxes had live next to the Akrobins all their life and now they look 300years old, the cute green laches are now very dark blue and very britle

Okay this is very personal, but i like the singles with words d on top, why, much easier to take out and move around

I've @Ryan doing some further research on this member. Does not sound legit to me.
He's legit. I know him from another forum. I believe he has had a neurological issue or something that sometimes interferes with his typing. He has a lot of interesting technical ideas and projects.

Not seeing anything alarming from a tech side. Maybe a bit challenged with the keyboard? Let's see how this plays out. :)
Ps: I always made my projects really simple, so others can copy them if the feel like it...

Sorry dixlecia from birth but my 141IQ drop to 38IQ after 77 hypoxia atacks

Hell not even my pictures are great since my Hans shake consatnally

My days of drawing like this are long gone but not forgoten

Well, there's no doubt, you like your akkrobins and for good reason.
Everybody insist that ultra expensive are really light and them ARE, until you get 30of each and this is how I mess up the two long bins

This is the reason why I like to have them on single rows so they don't suffer for now reason

Actually no need some basic advice

Finding and CUTTING bed frames is getting old, so I'm looking for C SHAPE Profiles, the 80-20 are 1.5" but I can deform the ends (hydro press)

No the trouble is that most important is that the profiles have a "Wedge" shape, I need something with about ONE MILIMETER of thickness so Akrobins can hand

Ps: a taller side will be great so l don't need to had stoppers if the bins is to heavy

Anybody knows the basic nomenclature

This guy had a good idea:

He uses a shelf standard and a piece of wood to hold his Akro bins. I've tried this and it works very well. I use bins made by Lewis and the slot measures about 1/16".

Here is my first version on the same cart..

To me natural la ght is critical so it only use the 2 x 2 to give support to the lower part of the bin

Hey, thanks again for sharing the super K. I. S. S. Aproach

Safety Wire us the Bomb

In the 80's I use the same method to fix helicopters canopies, I just have no clue how much of a big deal with end up been

All the crews where so happy, they will show my there arms and hand for using a 100single strands instead of just one

Works extremely well, buvides the loan along the path, so the t it the plastic will break again with be o a differebr place

Enjoy

Oh this is nothing I used to make super pinky dessers for my girlfriends in San francisco

Nothing better that making patterns out a real warm alive body

But for the bikes somethings I will bring m dril and the safety wire to fix friends biies after the crash

Many times they like it better, shows pride

They call me the "Plastic Surgeon"

Totally boombprof I crazy the black a few times and nothing happen to the stitching

I've picked up many dozens of those bins over the years and they all got put in boxes in storage when we moved a couple of years ago. Now you've got me planning to dig them out and use them again. Thanks for the ideas.

You are welcome Jim, I just don't like toolboxes and since they are at my house I Dont need to lock them up

The sistem I use is ultra very simple yo can use anything for the vertical and any thin wall metal for the longitudial member

You with until I have the all labeled and irganize

Like with the storage boxes

One more experiment, my plan is used ultra tensed Kevlar from old fancy bicycle tire to support the load at the bottom of the bins but I can not find the safe my life

So I try using the back side of the bed frame, the propem is that it lose a whole row of bins, but at the I can find the bigger size ones
