Ebay. I sold most of my corded tools with very good return. The visibility is just unbeatable. Might as well post here in the classifieds.

I wouldn't throw them away. At the very least, donate them to thrift stores. Even better, see if any local Jr High/High School vocational programs would take them.

As soon as you get rid of the sawzall something big will come up which requires its use. It’s in a nice case which is easy to store. Keep it. Your executor can deal with it.

I give them to my local Spanish mission so people can do something useful with them.

What is a local Spanish mission?
It’s a place that gives out donations to the local community. They don’t sell it like goodwill, they just hand it out. I live near Kennett Square, PA. It has a large Hispanic population. I’d rather someone use my stuff than have it end up in the landfill.

It feels like Market Place listings don't have the reach they used to, possibly to get you to "boost" the listings by paying. Generally, I just keep dropping the price till I get any interest and take the first offer if it's something I need gone.

The circular saw only has a few hours on it. I just found myself using the cordless, so it sat. The sawzall has even less use. It is a fancy 75th anniversary edition, and again, I only reach for the cordless. These aren't 'old tools in metal boxes with cracked cords'.
I think you've answered your own question. I don't doubt your tools are nice, so if even you don't see them as desirable, most other folks won't, either. That being said, I think you're offering good stuff and I hope someone eventually comes along for them.

I have multiple sawzalls specifically set up for certain jobs. One has a paint can shaker attached and ready to go, one has a pruning blade, one has a metal cutting blade. Screw having to loosen that one Allen head bolt and change blades.lol

Both of my SawZalls are lever. I use the cordless for everything. It has plenty of power for me. Now that I'm pretty much done doing any rough work like demo, I mostly use it as a pruning saw.
