That looks like one of the Stanley Planes Lie Nielsen copied for their earlier block plane designs, although it could be some other manufacturer’s copy of the Stanley plane.
The Stanley plane Lie Nielsen copied was the 102 model, however the dimensions aren’t quite the same.
The Stanley version was supposedly 5-1/2” long.
The Lie Nielsen copy is listed as 5-1/4” long.
I don’t know whether there were variations in the design from Stanley over the decades.

Appears to be a marking near bottom circle but cant make it out, or maybe just a casting. Did notice a bit of red paint on the handle that looks like original color. So, that may also be a small clue. Other clue is base is oblong where middle width is 1 5/8 and about 1 1/2 width on each end.

This is the plane he is referencing.
I searched that site for "4 3/4", and found nothing, so possibly not a Stanley, or my search sucked
