Mine are 28 date codes, no forge marks. There is an extra 13/16 with a 32 date code, no forge mark but it's longer than the 28, and has a patent number.
Thanks. So it looks like the markings are showing up around 1935….so far. Based on comments I’m not sure I explained what I’m trying to do very well. I have a Par-V marked single offset wrench. It also has a USN- NAF pre WW2 contract # on it. The wrench is a dead ringer for a Blue Point but isn’t marked Blue Point BUT I noticed it has the forge/ foundry marking under the offset end just like Some Blue Points I had seen. I was trying to get a bigger sample size and it looks like Blue Point was doing that at least around 1935. This gives me some confidence that the wrench may in fact be a Snap-On / Blue-Point related 1935 ish PAR-V used for filling a Navy contract. Below is my 3/4” Par-V single offset next to the image of a 1935 3/4” Blue Point single offset taken from an eBay auction. Obviously both have the 24D (24/32?) marking. Of course my Par-V could just be a Blue Point blank used for a mil. Contract the someone stamped Par-V but……seems unlikely.Mine are 28 date codes, no forge marks. Wait a second, I need that one!Blue Point midget combination wrenches C-** series. Only four sizes. Show up in the 38-39 cats. very few have been found.. so if you have some, holler at me.
Specifically, for the adjustable anchor pins on Bendix hydraulic brakes in the late 1930's and early 1940's.
Across the page from above while I have the 1938 Export Catalog open.

This one seems pretty early. Sorry for bad pictures. I'll update in a bit once I get through them all. Any idea on when this would be madeThis is sort of a history of Blue Points an Blue Point tool rolls. As some of these bags are quiet rare, my knowledge as to dates will be only a guess, but should be in the ballpark. The first one is a Milwaukee Tool and Forge Blue Points tool roll. Its the only tool roll I know of that says Blue Points. Made for Motor Tool Specialty (snap on). Tools read Milwaukee Blue Points. So, what happened here, Snap on used the Blue Points name till about 1930 or so, after that it is all Blue Point. Blue Point name was also used in the 20s
This bag is probably 23-25
No other markings. Definitely looks primitive. Looks like another one I found has both a blue point marking and Milwaukee tool and forge. Once I get them all sorted I'll post some good picturesthat is a odd one, but you see a lot of odd one 30’ 40’s. If it does not have USA on it then probably early-mid30’s
