I was thinking about buying a piece of vinyl flooring to put under the lift to protect the floor from fluids when I'm working on a project. And thoughts on this?

What will keep the fluids from running over the edges of the vinyl?
I'm concerned about drips and splashes, not gallons. My rock crawler has a tendency to drip for a few days after an incident.

The G-Floor Ribbed vinyl mat is effective at catching and containing drips and spills. We list that mat, along with a few others on our Shop page here.

I save big pieces of cardboard for this. I am sure there are more elegant solutions but the cardboard seems to work great. Sides of bike boxes washer dryers, fridges, etc work good.
