She must've turned up a rock or something and it bent the dust shield on the right rear brake.Judy having trouble avoiding stuff in the road?

Put away some tools that were left out yesterday, cut up some tri-wall cardboard i thought i might someday use and put it into the recycling bin.
That's why i got rid of it, it was free and in my way.By next week sometime you will find an urgnet for that 3 ply cardbord!

What kind of belt tensioner does it use? centrifugal clutch?
Is the main drive pulley key sheared?
I assume you know about the release lever in the back that you pull out in order to manually push the machine around? If it's out it isn't going to respond to the pedal. If it's in verify that it's actually connected to the trans.

Then I loaded the truck for tomorrow's kayak trip.
I'd put an eight-pound spiked ball on it! STAY BACK!I'd still hang a red running light on the end of that.
Is your concern someone not seeing the brake lights on the truck, or is it them not seeing the bright orange flag waving in their face?I'd still hang a red running light on the end of that.

Nice thing about the digital ones though, is bigger numbers. Very important these days!Got my new Verniers yesterday, I love Mitutoyo
Took them out to the shed this morning, I'll need to make them a home, they only come with a cheap plastic cover these days, not the heavier vinyl / leather ? covering that they used to have.
I got tired of my digital calipers always needing a battery when I wanted to use them plus the battery cover had lost a locating leg over time

Aren’t they required to wear special glasses when driving, for that purpose? I know my colourblind buddy does. Not to mention, "safety orange" is not the bright color you may think it is for certin red blind people .

Not here in Oregon, either. Not that I'm aware of. certainly my red blind BIL doesn't, and others I've known, and never has. in alt least 4 different states, and as a Pro truck driver for a few years. He memorized traffic light positions.
Thank you for the concern, but I'm not that worried. I'm only carrying it this way if I'm staying on back roads. If I'm getting on the freeway or going a long distance, then I put it on the ladder rack.My concern would be someone not seeing. Period. Many drivers out there are Effing stupid.

Heck, if nothing else get one of those bicycle flickering red lights and hang it back there; no wiring to mess with,
After all that work building it, why take any more risk than necessary?

blew down a large fermenter with O2.
Hard to do! Collapsing one is much easier....Well, at least he didn't blow UP the large fermenter..........lol.
