Don't know why, but around here starting this time of year and into the fall it often seems when the "man sales" start to pop up in earnest.
Nothing to show for a couple of Friday sales including a large family run estate sale with a barn full of man stuff. Unfortunately looked decidedly picked over by the family. Looked very promising but ended up being a dud.
From Saturday sales
Private estate sale with a small amount of tools. Picked up some pliers for $5, Channellock and Crescent all USA made.
From a private estate sale of what I understood to be a small engine mechanic. $45 for everything from that sale.
Snap-On hammer and SAE line wrenches.
Snap-On moon wrenches with a couple supposedly for Cummins engines. Craftsmans USA reversible ratcheting metric wrenches. Miscellaneous Snap-On wrenches in mostly metric.
From a pro estate sale, a set of metric Craftsman USA double box wrenches for $20.
All in all a good weekend picking.
