My first thought was "great (practical, classic hobbyshop) minds think alike,"...ARRGH! The breadpans! The humanity!
Nah, you just need some bread pans. I like the kind without tabs sticking out on the ends, but you can also bend those down out of the way.
If I had a dollar for every Sucrets tin I've found with cotter pins inside I'd be a rich man.

That undoubtedly reflects our different scrounging grounds and predilections, though. I've never seen an Altoids tin in an antique or prewar vintage toolbox. It's an old British brand but it was practically unknown here until the late 1980s and 1990s when it was first vigorously marketed here in the U.S., becoming a trendy sensation.Probably more Altoids tins than Sucrets though.

We haven't bought new Sucrets in ages...

I've played golf for 50 years and changed a few of those. Golf shoe spike. I think I still have a ball mark repair tool that has the tool that takes out the spike. No idea..., and, believe it or not, a cleat for a track, football or baseball shoe with a 1931 patent!![]()
Yes, the patent also mentions golf. I just skipped it in my summary, probably because I don't play.Golf shoe spike.
Golf, another four letter word not used in polite company.Yes, the patent also mentions golf. I just skipped it in my summary, probably because I don't play.
So you’re saying the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree? LolCLeaning out my parents house prior to selling it, I’ve found more than one metal Band-aid box filled with matches, fasteners, etc.
Do you think I saved them? You bet I did!
Nice one! Here's an old Bott/Kennedy cabinet I picked up from an auction. Cleaned it up, painted it and put it on casters.

Thanks for the positive responses. Not sure what's gonna fit in the shallow 2 3/4" drawers.

Sometimes deep ones waste space, or at least make it hard to find stuff.

I actually saved one and using it for its original purpose. Holding bandaids in my first aid bag.So you’re saying the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree? Lol

#4 cone-style coffee filters for my kitchen drip coffee maker. I've been looking for an appropriate box for years. Now I have it.Um, Not sure what I'm looking at?
TP box?![]()
I don't function before coffee. Fiddling with a plastic bag of filters before brewing... just nope.I was wondering why you were happy about coffee filters.lol
