New handles? Did you intend to post this in the General board? Or are you talking about vintage tool and file handles?

I use House Handle for a bunch every few years, mostly rehandling vintage striking tools. Rare purchases included a push broom handle, wheelbarrow handles, lopper handles (didn't work)

Wooden handles in general. I have a handful of old tools and newer ones from my deceased father in law. Most have wooden handles.
