we have a yard drain system to pump out the back yard.

We need to increase the size of the pump and change it to an ejection pump.

The issue we have is there is no direct way to get to the house ATF transfer panel, due to gutter drains, gas line, water line, ATT and Spectrum lines. plus the driveway being in !

There is one possible solution. Install 10GA wire from the drain crock, to the 2nd garage, enter the 2nd garage and run conduit over to the 100 amp sub panel in the 2nd garage. Pass the circuit thru the 100 amp panel, then feed the new wiring to the house via the existing 2 inch conduit the the main panel in the house, Once in the main panel the circuit can be feed to the ATF panel via the connecting 1 1/2 in conduit and terminated in a new AFC circuit breaker!

If we have to, we could reduce the 2nd garage panel from 100 to 75 if needed!

Any thoughts, or concerns ??

Thanks AL

It is not possible to reduce your panel to 75A since a 75A breaker does not exist.

Can you put the sub panel on the ats and just feed the pump from sub panel?
