Worked in lightburn. Started voice therapy.
Hopefully nothing too serious Kay...... Started voice therapy.....
Don't think so. It's just that my voice has gone into the upper registers, and it squeaks and breaks and is failing. It appears to be excess tension in the false vocal cords, brought on by so many bad things. I'm going to be taught some modalities, like massage n whatnot, to try to get it back into its normal range. We'll see how it goes.Hopefully nothing too serious Kay.
Did someone got a royal *** chewing....?
Something similar happened to a friend of mine a couple of years ago. Working on the garage door installation in his brand new shop, fell and broke his pelvis and was laid up for quite a few months. (And he does windmill installations and repair for a living, so he does lots of climbing.) I did something similar when working on eaves troughs on a shed but only had a concussion and felt weird for an afternoon. Was working on the loft (9ft) in the new shop still under construction.
Ladder slipped out from under me and I came down on the concrete floor. Landed on my lower back and head hit the side rail of the gorilla ladder.
Then I end up with gloves stuck to my work.
If it starts and runs the others are probably fine. I would still remove the main jet and emulsion tube, that has some pretty small holes that can close up. You can likely just spray some cleaner down the inlet tube where the fuel line hooks up to rinse off the float needle. Maybe try that before trying to get the float needle out. I looked up the price for a carb, right at $1000 each, not worth breaking something.I would really like to disassemble it further to clean the seat, it’s actually sticking closed and sometimes takes a little tap for it to open but my cousin warned me to be careful getting that pin out, that the pin hole tower can break same as you warned me, thank you. I tried gently tapping on the pin with a punch, tried getting some side cutters under the head on the big end of the pin but no luck so I think I’m going to try and order the spring loaded punch. Do you know if they come in different sizes? Where to order from? Maybe Royal Distributing?
I’ve taken the pilot jet out, I can’t see the main jet being plugged? Seems to be good flow through the pilot circuit after taking the pilot out I sprayed carb cleaner through it and could see flow coming out the 2 small holes. Appreciate any insight you have
Nope. The gloves stick to the work, leaving my finger bare. But none on your fingers.

Or behind me in the rain, or coming straight at me on the darkest rd ever, or blinding the 3 people ahead of me so they slam on their brakes cause they can’t see ****., they are probably brutal to oncoming traffic, but I only use them when I am alone on these back roads.
Like I said, I'm careful/courteous. The only things I'm trying to blind are deer, ***** and possums, lol.Or behind me in the rain, or coming straight at me on the darkest rd ever, or blinding the 3 people ahead of me so they slam on their brakes cause they can’t see ****.![]()
Which is why we put the driving light relay on the high beam circuit. Unless you're a complete ****** (or driving a Bimmer, in which case there doesn't appear to be a dimmer switch (it's probably on the same stalk as the turn signals, which we all know these vehicles don't have)), that keeps you from blinding the oncoming traffic and the traffic in front of you. I was taught that if I could distinguish two lights--head or tail lights--that it was time to dim the beams. Of course, as my eyes age, that distance is probably getting less, but still enough to be courteous.Or behind me in the rain, or coming straight at me on the darkest rd ever, or blinding the 3 people ahead of me so they slam on their brakes cause they can’t see ****.![]()
Here, too.I was just kidding, but there are a ton of assholes around here that drive around with their hi beams on.

Better yet, leave the tank empty for the summer and run the carbs dry. Then there's nothing left to foul them.Sta-bil.
Now to figure out where to stow it in the Brick.
I proved, once again, that it's impossible to use contact cement--3M 77 spray--without getting it all over my fingers.

Here, too.
I’m going to have to make sure to run at least a tank of fuel a year through it or syphon and re fill once a year

The impact wrench will be seeing use in removing the transaxle. Then it goes in the rig in hopes I never again have to suffer the indignity of loosening lug nuts by hand.Or wait til it comes back from it's trans axle surgery...
....
I've been running Pri-G in my 2-stroke outboard for 25+ years and have never had a starting problem regardless of how long it sits. YMMVSta-bil.
GOOOOOAAAL!Now you're just making me hungry.....
Can you guess one of the perks of taking food photos? Now you're just making me hungry.....
91+ octane non-ethanol.Sta-bil.

Many years ago (late 1960s early 70s) I had a friend that did some photography for commercials for TV in Chicago. To get real good rendition of food took some work, especially with ice cream. Ice cream looked right for a VERY short period of time, and then it was set aside to be eaten by the crew. The crew got tired of ice cream during the project and my friend ended up with lots of ice cream to dispose of. It was still good to eat, and he brought lots home in coolers with dry ice. Big ice cream party at his apartment! Can you guess one of the perks of taking food photos?
I've already eaten myself damned near into a coma with what was left over from today's shoot. Whatever the pasta and steak thing was--excellent. And the cheesecake w/maple syrup swirl....Many years ago (late 1960s early 70s) I had a friend that did some photography for commercials for TV in Chicago. Is this some new method to keep the tires tight against the rims?Got these chains on and finally tightened up. I will probably have to tighten them again after I run it for a while.
Got one, or maybe two more tractors to chain up, but those are relatively lightweight chains.
