I am seeing $399 for stores without it in stock, and not available for online ordering for stores with it on clearance. So possibly the clearance price is the $220?

Some stores are participating and some aren't. I have stores near me that have stock but the price is $400 and others that have stock but the price is $220

Yeah It's a clearance price. I should have mentioned its a small single line plain text link that says "see in-store clearance price"

I have a 3/8 but I've barely used it, I forget I have it because this style is just so unwieldy to me. Long suspension and motor mount bolts mostly. I've got the AEG 1/4 ratchet head (attachment was never sold in the US under the ridgid name) for the 12v jobmax multi tool that was discontinued that I use more often even though it's slower because it's more compact and like the Milwaukee ratchets.

Good info. I have a few of the M12’s a my trusty Makita, so I’ll pass, despite the deal.

I picked up the impact and hammer drill combo with the grinder.

Great deal with the 2 batteries. I have needed the hammer drill for a while.

Dewalt tape measures 2 for $11.00 on clearance. I picked up two pair yesterday.

Thanks for the heads up. I was able to snag both at my HD, for $11 a piece.

I should have grabbed 3 of the Milwaukee rafter square, to see if the BUY MORE SAVE MORE, would have triggered and gave an extra $10 off.

If you can't find the Dewalt magnetic 2 pack for $11.00

The Stanley Fatmax 2 pack are $14.00, YMMV.

Also the BUY MORE, SAVE MORE, does not stack on the $11.00 Milwaukee 2 piece rafter square set.

For those that only looks at HD deals 😁

New quarter for promo's, and are on Deal of the Day with some extra savings. Some of the deals look to be the last time they offer last quarters promos (8ah Forge with other tool purchase)

* Then there is BMSM M18 tools starting, with $400 off $1000 top tier. Link to sawzall to see the rest (damn, they raised the saw another $20!).
Not all tools seem to populate under that tool it seems. The Cut off Saw Kit is also included.

* M12 BMSM. Buy 2 tools, save $100. Buy 3, save $200

* M18 6ah HO with purchase

* M12 5ah HO with purchase

Most notable deal today is the 4x M18 12ah batteries for $569. The 12ah is part of BMSM, however there is an order limit of 3, but if 4 were allowed (likely in store), the price would be $716 part of the promo.

I keep stalking this, hoping it will drop a bit more. I think two 5 amp hr batteries are close to $175, sot it’s still a great buy

Good luck, I caved and bought a kit. The drill has bad reviews for jumping into hammer mode, I don’t think this will bother me.

My store still lists 7 kits, I see one on the end cap shelf

I think that both ace and home Depot have a buy more Deal more on some Things. Spend $1000 get $400 back. I bought a few things including two 12AH batteries. Too heavy for a drill of course, but look for the special.

These are on clearance at my local HD, I couldn’t turn it down. 2 pack of 6.0s for 97 bucks same price as the Black Friday deal

Register these packs. The 6ah M12 packs have had spotty reliability. I have a few dozen M12 packs and these are the only ones that give me trouble. I’ve warrantied 2 of the 4 I owned in the last 2 years, the only M12 packs I’ve had to do that with.

Probably why they are trying to get rid of them! Thanks for the heads up
