It is surgical in it's cleanliness. Wow
That looks staged... I want to see a welder arc on steel or some grinding wheel sparks, until then I call BS.
I love how clean/neat everything is.... it's a mildly OCD guy's dream![]()
I don't know, it is way too clean for me. It looks like he parked his car in the kitchen.
I need to see working tools, grease, old **** to use in new projects, big machine tools, a welder...

Are those (gasp!) drums I see on the rear?! haha
You should check out the latest pics.![]()
I'm familiar with lateral-g, but it's been a while since I posted there. That reminds me I should check it out now!Are those (gasp!) drums I see on the rear?! haha
+1 on the soffit design = 184, I believe is the running total of acknowledgements of your storage solution. This is an exceptional garage and absolutely stunning car. I'm way too much of a pack rat to ever believe that I could have such a clean look like yours or Jack Olsen's garage. But both have inspired me very much THANKS !![]()

im pretty sure those are c6 z06 brakes was wondering if those are 17 or 18 inch rims?

well Scott, I was sooooooooo inspired, I tore my old garage down and I am in the process of building a 24X24 with a 9'6" ceiling. I hope you do not mind but I am copying your storage idea. Have no worries I do credit you when I talk to people about the plans and the "overhead storage". I say "there is a guy on The Garage Journal with a killer Camaro and a killer garage user name XcZY"
My electrician said, are you sure you want all these lights,...... yes sir (my nephew)
I am soooooooo excited to see it coming along. With the sweat and blood from me and a very good neighbor who is always here to help (Brian), it is coming along. I don't want to start a thread until it is built completely but you will be mentioned for sure again.
so hats off for the ultimate insiration I have had in my life (44 years), thank you very much
PS my new 40 flat screen TV is bigger than the house TV, and sits in a box in the livingroom until the garage is done LOL
One thing I am adding is my center overhead storage sliding door, I am going to paint with chalkboard paint. I use a chalkboard to keep track of the oil changes in the vehicles. Also I wrote down the oil pan plug wrench size, the date, mileage, and how much oil with filter, it works great.

Did you build your base cabinets? I need to make something like you have on the back of the back splash and I'm wondering how you done it.
Sweet and I mean sweeeeet looking garage. Oh yeah, and the car is sweet too.![]()
Thanks,
Gary
Thanks.
Yep, that's a metal sign that Source Interlink gave me when my car made the cover of Camaro Performers last winter.
The framed prints that I have sitting in some of the pics are also of my car, but they are 3D renderings that a friend did on his computer. I just haven't hung any of those yet.
Scott sorry i missed you at sema the car and the shop are looking great.I love your camera with that wide angle shots.![]()

Man, what a beautiful shop and camaro. Thanks for the detailed information on the construction of both of them. Who makes that low profile creeper in your pictures?
