Is there a way to have some sort of map of where everyone is located? I like the idea of meeting people in person if they are up for it. I get if people want to have privacy, but I was wondering if it was an option. I know we can indicate our location, but you have to see them post; I'd like a way of seeing who's nearby.

I'm sure the only option is if the users location is filled in and you contacted them in a private message to see if they are interested in meeting.
I met another member on here last spring that was going to be in my area after he reached out to me.

Meeting other members can be fun due to common interests. Ddawg16 from L.A. came here to Eastern NC to work for a couple of weeks. We met after work for a beer, then that weekend he came over to my shop to hang out and helped me hang plywood on an interior wall while we had a good BS session. He ended up buying a tabletop mill/drill from another friend and member near me when we went to visit him. He disassembled it here and flew it back home in pieces with him. 😀
There are 5 other GJ members who live within 45 minutes of here that I visit and communicate with regularly, and all have become good friends through the years.
