Looking for a recommendation on an aluminum meter socket combo. I am tired of the powder coated steel versions turning chalky in a couple years when exposed to the weather.

Back when people were painting their houses, meter pans were painted the same color with the same paint and rarely ever a problem. Usually outlasting the needed electrical capacity.

Buy some rattle cans or get a made-to-order color mixed, mask it up and coat it. Scuff and clean the surface first.

Huge manufacturer of electrical equipment. I'm surprised you have heard of them
I wouldn't call Ronk a "huge" electrical manufacture, but they have been around a long time and would be known to folks who have been in the electrical trades for a few decades.

I suppose more well known in the Midwest.

Their transfer switches are really well known.
