Pressure switch on compressor

I HaveA Sanborn compressor (old) Mod 104B250u-22PC. builds pressure to proper setting and shuts off but will not automaticall come back on when pressure drops. How do I re adjust cut-in point.

that's typically a setting that shouldn't change. what pressure is it shutting off at & what pressure does it finally cut in at?

It never comes back on until i request it by the start lever

Replace the pressure switch.

Most have a min/max. It should cut on if it hits the min. Replace the switch. McMaster Carr has them.
