Sometimes a bank card is the best tool for the job! It will be fun to watch your garage going up, and you won't need to wait 5 years before it's finished, like my garage addition.

I call that the FWIF (**** with it factor). The older you get, the more the FWIF comes into play, and the more you're willing to pay for stuff to be done.

"Well, this job has about a 3:1 FWIF. I'll just pay someone to do it."

We took a "Hard Hat" tour of it many years ago. Went into the bowels of the dam, walked out a tunnel to a grate right on the face, etc. It is truly a sight to see. It's all done in art-deco style, the machine room is so clean you could probably eat off the floor - it's just beautiful. Well worth it.
